Data Deletion Instructions

You can have your data removed from any system Dubstream operates — whether you are a client, a visitor who contacted us, or an end user of an integration we run for a client (for example an Instagram or Facebook connection on a client's website). Two steps:

1. Revoke access at the platform

Revoking authorization immediately stops any further data access:

  • Amazon — Seller Central → Partner Network → Manage your apps → remove the authorization.
  • Googlemyaccount.google.com/permissions → remove the connected app's access.
  • Facebook / Instagram — Settings → Apps and websites (or, for Instagram, Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites) → remove the app.
  • Shopify — Admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → uninstall the app.

2. Request deletion of stored data

Email privacy@dubstream.co with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us which account, platform or website your request concerns. We confirm receipt within one business day, delete the data from systems we operate within 30 days, and send you written confirmation when it's done. Where a deployment lives in a client's own cloud account, we forward the request to that client (the data controller) and confirm we hold no copy.

The only data we may retain after a deletion request is what a law or tax obligation requires us to keep, held with restricted access and deleted when that obligation lapses. Details on what we store and why are in our Privacy Policy.
